Does APPRO cloud camera have audio?
The camera has a built-in speaker and microphone.
The microphone picks up sound and plays it back when viewing footage.
The speaker allows you to “talk” to the camera from a computer or mobile device (aka "2-way Talk").
Note: there is a variable delay, so the 2-way talk is not quite real-time. It's behaves a bit more like a walkie-talkie.
Does APPRO cloud camera have night vision?
Yes. Using night vision, you can drop in on what's important, even in the dark!
The camera includes infrared (IR) light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
Night vision automatically activates in darkness or low-light environments and displays a black-and-white image. In effect, the infrared light reflects off the images in the room and creates an image.
The quality of the image is best near the camera, and less clear farther from the camera, especially with very limited light.
You can manually turn the infrared LEDs on and off or leave your camera in "auto" mode and allow the camera's software to automatically activate when it detects low light. In this case, camera turns night vision on and off automatically as the light changes.

How can I flip/mirror my video upside down? My camera is mounted on a ceiling.
APPRO cloud camera does not support control for image flip/mirror. But you are able to do it by browsing APPRO cloud camera webGUI via IE browser in a computer. Please follow instructions below in order to get it done:
1. Get a computer and setup /connect it with the same local area network. Due to that APPRO cloud camera supports UPnP feature (it is on by factory default), you are able to find it appears as an UPnP device by going to ‘Computer’ -- ‘Network”.
2. Right click on APPRO cloud camera UPnP device, and select on ‘View device webpage’.
3. Input related DeviceID information and its password for passing authentication. You can find DeviceID information on APPRO cloud camera body. And default password for APPRO cloud camera is ‘9999’.
4. You can find flip/mirror control page in ‘Setup’ -- ‘Image’ -- ‘Image’.
Mirror
The mirror stores the images reflected by it so it can be used for surveillance or to simply take your own picture.

To flip the camera’s lens 180 degrees.
How can I save bandwidth request for APPRO cloud camera?
APPRO cloud camera is able to user-define video and audio settings. Selectable video related items include ‘Video mode’, ‘Resolution’ and ‘FPS’. And selectable audio related item is ‘Audio mode’. With factory default settings, APPRO cloud camera comes with video and audio combinations as:
Video mode: H.264
Resolution: 480x272
FPS: 25/30 (PAL system/NTSC system)
Audio mode: G.711 (default activated)
It already has very less bandwidth request approximately around 600 – 700 kbps. But in order for further reducing bandwidth request, it is suggested lower down resolution to ‘320x176’. You can follow instructions below to reach it:
